EpiCom Media was co-founded by Matthew Naythons and includes many key creative staff members from his previous company, Epicenter Communications. Continuing Epicenter's mission of creating high-quality books of photojournalism, EpiCom Media builds upon its long-standing relationship with photographers such as P.F. Bentley, David Burnett, David Hume Kennerly, Mary Ellen Mark, Susan Meiselas, Eli Reed, Ron Haviv, and David Alan Harvey.

Editorially, the team has collaborated with some of the world's best authors and print journalists, including William Styron, Roger Rosenblatt, Michael Kramer, William F. Buckley, Jr., Christopher Hitchens, Gloria Emerson, Martha Gellhorn, Ward Just, Sherwin Nuland, David Rieff, and Judith Thurman.

SpeedWeeks: 10 Days at Daytona
In February 2000, the world's greatest photojournalists were invited to Daytona International Speedway to participate in a groundbreaking, one-of-a-kind project. Their mission: capture the people, the emotions, the machines, and above all the pulse-pounding excitement of the most prestigious event on the NASCAR calendar, as America's Sport kicked off its 2000 season. An American Journey: Building a Bridge to the 21st Century
During William Jefferson Clinton's second inauguration, twenty-five world-class photojournalists converged on Washington, DC for EpiCom Media to document the faces and events of the final presidential inauguration of the 20th century in this historical book of 140 color and black-and-white photographs. Commissioned by the Presidential Inaugural Committee (January, 1997).

Christmas Around the World
A photojournalistic documentation of Christmas in more than thirty countries around the world--produced as both a large-format coffee table book and a website covering Christmas live, as it unfolds across six continents. An unprecedented examination of the customs, culture, and people of the Mormon Church by a team of fifty international photojournalists, including Pulitzer Prize-winners Kim Komenich, Rick Rickman, and Taro Yamasaki. With an introduction by the president of the Church, Gordon B. Hinckley, and an epilogue by award-winning journalist Roger Rosenblatt. Warner Books (Fall, 1995).

Newt: Inside the Revolution
A behind-the-scenes look at how Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich came to power and executed his Contract with America, as shown by the black-and-white photographs of award-winning Time photojournalist P. F. Bentley. With an introduction by William F. Buckley Jr. and captions by Time congressional correspondent Karen Tumulty. Rutledge Hill Press (Fall, 1995).

Sarajevo: A Portrait of the Siege
A photojournalistic chronicle of the war in the Bosnia focusing on the city of Sarajevo. Black-and-white photographs are interspersed with first-person accounts from correspondents who have witnessed the siege of Sarajevo, including Christopher Hitchens and Pulitzer Prize-winner John F. Burns. The book was named one of 1994's top five books for young people by the American Library Association. Warner Books (Fall, 1994).

An American Reunion 1993: The 52nd Presidential Inauguration
The official commemorative book of William Jefferson Clinton's inaugural week, released with Warner Books and the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Twenty-eight commissioned photographers included MacArthur Fellow Susan Meiselas and Pulitzer Prize-winner David Kennerly. Warner Books (1993).

Clinton: Portrait of Victory
A collection of Time magazine photographer P. F. Bentley's black-and-white photos from the 1992 Clinton presidential campaign. This best-selling book features essays by Roger Rosenblatt and Michael Kramer. Warner Books (1993).

A photographic exploration of the medical progress and individual valor inspired by the physician in the battlefield, excerpted as a major feature in U.S. News and World Report.
